LeCraw Engineering is pleased to announce the addition of Michelle Macauley as the new Director of Entitlements for the firm.
Macauley previously served as the Interim Director for the City of South Fulton Development and Community Services Department, overseeing the day-to- day operations of planning and zoning services, engineering and site development, and building and permitting divisions. Prior to that appointment, Macauley served as the Interim Director of Planning and Community Services with Fulton County.
In her 23-year tenure with Fulton County, Macauley gained considerable experience managing the entire land development process from comprehensive planning and zoning through final platting to the issuance of certificate of occupancies. Most importantly during her time with Fulton County, Macauley built important and lasting professional and community relationships. Macauley’s primary role at LeCraw Engineering will be using her extensive knowledge of local government to proficiently navigate the entitlement process, helping clients get to the engineering phase of projects quicker and more efficiently.
Macauley holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of City Planning from San Diego State University. She is currently a candidate for the Certified Public Manager Program with the Carl Vinson Institute of Government at the University of Georgia.
